“Jeff Wayne's The War of The Worlds: The Immersive Experience Christmas Giveaway” (hereafter referred to as “The Giveaway”) is a promotional activity run by Layered Reality™. The outlined activity is open to all people aged 18 and over who comment on the specified post.

• Entrants into the “The Giveaway” shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• To enter “The Giveaway” you must enter your name and email and submit your answers to any other questions at: https://www.layeredreality.com/advent-twotw. • Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
• Layered Reality™ accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
• The closing date of the “The Giveaway” is 11:59pm 31 December 2024. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
• The winner will receive 4 VIP tickets for Jeff Wayne's The War of The Worlds: The Immersive Experience, 1 x TWOTW Immersive poster signed by Jeff Wayne, and 1 x £100 merchandise voucher.
• Layered Reality™ reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
• The winner will be selected via random computer process.
• The winner will be notified directly by email on Friday 3 January 2025. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours they forfeit the prize and we will choose another winner. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
• The winner must redeem the VIP tickets before 28 Feb 2025. Tickets are subject to availability.
• This prize promotion is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step” family), of The Promoter, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.
